Manchester United wants to get away from Alexis Sanchez, but their situation gets worse when considering that the club has to pay him € 13.9 million to get away from Old Trafford.
Chilean striker Alexis Sanchezi has failed in Manchester United since being transferred from Arsenal 16 months ago, in a four-and-a-half-year deal with a salary of 500,000 pounds a week.
Once Sanchezi has managed to score just one goal throughout the Premier League season, Manchester United wants to remove it from the squad in order to have room for the transfer of new players.
Inter is interested in Sanchez, but they are not ready to buy Chilean because of his high salary. The only option, according to The Mirror, would be Sanchez’s loan to Inter for one season, but the “Red Devils” would have to pay him half of the salary – 250,000 euros a week.
Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer does not want to be in Sanchez for next season and he wants to strengthen the team in order to end up in a better position next season.
With the current squad, Manchester United wound up sixth in the Premier League table, losing the chance to play in the Champions League next season. They will have to agree with the participation in the European League.
The absence of the club in the Champions League makes it difficult for the club’s situation in terms of transfers, as the biggest stars in European football do not want to move to clubs that do not compete on the most prestigious scene in Europe.
